Manufacturing Microscopy Full Job Description What You'll Be Doing:

Run SMT equipment (pick-and-place machines, stencil printers) Load materials and verify parts Inspect boards (AOI + microscopes) Troubleshoot minor machine issues Keep production running smoothly and meet quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Basic knowledge of electronics or manufacturing is a plus Familiar with Bill of Materials (BOMs), including part numbers, reference designators, and quantities Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable working with machines Able to follow instructions and work in a team Familiar with IPC 610 Class II standards Pay & Shifts Day Shift (D10): $15.00/hr Night Shift (N10): $15.50/hr Day Shift (D12): $17.21/hr Night Shift (N12): $17.71/hr ✅ Great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing electronics company ✅ Hands-on training provided ✅ Consistent hours + shift differentials CHW8010
