Maintenance and Production Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance and Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are according to quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, proficiency in operating various machinery or willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a small production environment. Responsibilities Run machinery and equipment, keeping production moving efficiently and safely. Assemble, inspect, and package with precision to meet quality standards. Troubleshoot to maintain efficient production processes. Focus on safe work practices. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow. Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets excellence before shipping. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Responsible for minor grounds and building maintenance. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred but not mandatory. High School diploma or GED. General knowledge of measuring equipment and math, and sound communication skills. A willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions with precision. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed. Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Forklift operation is a plus.
