Santa Teresa, NM $16/hour + Overtime Monday - Friday plus Overtime
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor production floor operations Ensure proper PPE compliance Manage employee breaks & attendance Handle schedule changes & shift coverage Support new hire onboarding Maintain safety and productivity standards
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Manufacturing or warehouse experience Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable and organized Hiring ASAP!
