2 Job Overview We are hiring dependable Production Workers to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced facility producing building materials. This role involves working with production equipment, handling materials, and ensuring products are completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Load raw materials into production machinery Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and output Remove finished products from production lines Inspect items for defects and ensure quality standards are met Prepare materials for packaging and shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Work Environment Manufacturing/industrial setting Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Overnight (graveyard) shift Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift Perform repetitive motions such as bending and reaching Comfortable working in a production environment Qualifications Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred Strong reliability and attendance Ability to work as part of a team Comfortable working overnight shifts Safety Requirements Must wear steel-toe boots at all times Follow all workplace safety rules and procedures Use required PPE when necessary Why Apply?
