Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently set up, adjust, and operate a flexographic press and turrets with minimal supervision while meeting efficiency targets
- Perform all make-ready tasks associated with the press
- Read and review job orders and understand required production processes
- Monitor finished material during production and make necessary color or press adjustments to meet quality standards
- Work collaboratively in a team environment focused on quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Willingness to cross-train and support other job functions as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to work second shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday)
- Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of flexographic press experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Experience with ink mixing, plate mounting, and press support
- Ability to consistently meet customer specifications with minimal errors
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
