This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $21 to $22/HR depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotas Experience using diagrams or blueprints and following other written or verbal instructions Mechanically inclined with good dexterity
  • able to use both hand and power tools Able to quality check finished product and send unsatisfactory items to rework Basic math required for computing quantities and simple addition and subtraction for counting parts Requires excellent manual dexterity, ability to work with small components and hand tools, and a keen eye for detail and quality Must be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions Proven experience with safe production practice Stable work history High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Responsibilities:
We are seeking Production Operators to work with our client's team They will perform various tasks associated with the manufacture of products The Production Operator will be responsible for producing defect-free parts using tools/ and/or equipment that can include hand tools, measurement instrument, small non-automated benchtop equipment Production Operators will need a keen eye for detail and quality while working in a fast-paced environment The hours for this position are 7:00am
  • 3:30pm Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance Adherence to product quality standards and procedures Work in a production environment assembling medical devices Interact effectively with all support groups and fellow employees Requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructions Use of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery Assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous experience in manufacturing environment preferred Technical Certificate and/or
LEAP or CTE Program Completion Preferred Schedule/Pay:
$20/hr.

DOE Day:
Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Swing:
Monday to Friday 3:30pm-12:00am OT Available!
