In this role, you will help produce, package, and inspect products while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and food safety. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and follow work instructions Package, label, and palletize finished products Monitor product quality and report any issues Complete production paperwork accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all food safety, quality, GMP, and safety requirements Assist with sanitation and changeover activities Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Team-oriented with a positive attitude Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods (8-12 hours) Frequently lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs Perform repetitive motions including bending and reaching Work in varying production temperatures Must wear required PPE Why Join Kimmie Candy?
