Job Overview Duraflex International is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing ERP Specialist to help power the operational backbone behind our world-class products. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our manufacturing and inventory data within the ERP system, ensuring production operations run efficiently and reliably. You'll work cross-functionally with production, finance, inventory control, and operations teams to validate manufacturing data, close work orders, reconcile material usage, and analyze production variances. Your work will directly support the precision manufacturing processes that make Duraflex the industry leader in competitive diving equipment. Responsibilities Audit manufacturing jobs within the ERP system for accuracy and completeness Review and verify: Material issues Labor transactions Completed production quantities Job statuses Production reporting accuracy Edit, correct, and apply employee time tickets within the ERP system Investigate discrepancies between shop floor activity and ERP transactions Coordinate with production, engineering, scheduling, and operations personnel to resolve job-related issues Ensure manufacturing jobs are properly completed and closed within required timelines Support inventory accuracy through verification of issued and consumed materials Assist with ERP process improvement initiatives and workflow standardization Generate and review ERP reports related to manufacturing performance and job tracking Maintain accurate documentation and records associated with production jobs Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing data integrity and ERP utilization
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
