A successful Training Partner will be approachable, outgoing, and exudes the Tesla mission in all facets. Our ideal Training Coordinator embodies the Tesla culture and the individualistic approach to training a diverse group of talented individuals with the subject matter expertise on all PC process and PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) equipment to train effectively. They will need to be knowledgeable and have hands on experience in a production environment. The successful candidate is flexible, confident, and can communicate with different levels of the organization (associates, technicians, managers, engineering, etc.) to achieve training targets and goals. You will be expected to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate. You will be expected to learn equipment, create training materials, present on various topics to trainees, to conduct audits of training programs and to participate in other learning and development initiatives as required.

• Friday What You'll Do Conduct PIV training, maintain certification records, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Deliver group and individual training sessions ( Hire Onboarding, Standard Work Instruction Training, JIRA Rollout, etc.

) Coordinate schedules with Production Control Supervisors for efficient training implementation Develop and update Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and facilitate cross-training for teams Analyze Process Audit failures, collaborate on corrective actions, and track training records in compliance with

ISO 9001
