Screen Printing Production Team Member

518 Prints is a busy and growing commercial screen printing shop looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our production team. We produce custom printed apparel and merchandise for businesses, brands, schools, events, and organizations from the Capital Region and nationally. This is a full-time position with regular hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Paid training is provided, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, while relevant experience is helpful. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality and organization, and works well in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities may include:

Catching and quality-checking garments coming off the dryer Counting, stacking, folding, bagging, and boxing apparel Assisting with screen printing production and press operation Cleaning and reclaiming screens Receiving and counting inventory Helping maintain production flow and organization throughout the shop Identifying print or quality issues and communicating with the team to help solve problems quickly Ideal candidates are: Dependable and punctual Comfortable working on and around production equipment Detail-oriented and able to stay focused during repetitive tasks Comfortable working with their hands and on their feet throughout the day Able to work both independently and as part of a team Interested in learning technical and creative production skills Comfortable lifting at least 35 pounds Previous experience with screen printing, garment decoration, warehouse production, apparel, textiles, manufacturing, or other hands-on production environments is preferred, but not required. Candidates with related experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, skill level, and overall fit.
