We are looking for a dependable team member who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing things correctly, and is willing to learn. No experience is required—we are happy to train the right person. What We're Looking For We care much more about attitude and work ethic than previous experience.

The ideal candidate is:

Reliable and shows up on time every day Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work Coachable and willing to learn new skills Uses good common sense and can work independently Able to follow directions and standard procedures Positive, respectful, and works well with others Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Responsibilities This position will assist with various aspects of production and daily operations, including: Cleaning and reclaiming screen printing screens Mixing inks according to recipes and specifications Assisting press operators during production runs Folding, counting, sorting, and packaging apparel Performing quality control inspections Operating heat presses for transfers and specialty decorations Preparing jobs and organizing production materials Maintaining a clean and organized work area Assisting with shipping, receiving, and inventory Performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned Experience Previous experience in screen printing, manufacturing, warehouse, production, or apparel decoration is a plus but not required .
