Production Team Member

McIntosh Box and Pallet is hiring for 1st shift Production Team Members to join our team in Bernhards Bay, NY! We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with their hands in a fast pace environment with great attention to detail to join out team as 1st shift Production Team Members in Bernhards Bay NY!

Shift:

6am to 2:30pm Monday to

Friday Pay:

$16 per hour plus incentive A Production Team Member will be responsible for operating a variety of wood processing equipment to cut wood and repair pallets. Individuals should be hardworking, comfortable utilizing different hand tools and saws as well as being able to read a tape measure. The goal for this role is to produce top quality products efficiently and accurately while maintaining all safety standards.

Production Team Member Job Responsibilities:

Operate various wood processing equipment such as cut off saws, notchers, and stake pointers Inspect incoming pallets to determine what repairs need to be done Use various hand tools including nail guns, hammers. and saws to repair damaged boards and blocks on pallets Keep production areas clean and organized Adhere to safety standards Comply with company policies and guidlines Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility Other tasks around the plant as required by management
