Job Description

Graphic & Print Specialist
JOB SUMMARY A
cross creative-production role bridging visual design and manufacturing, ideal for someone who loves seeing their work go from screen to physical product. This role sits at the intersection of design and production. You'll create original graphics, prepare files for large-format printing, develop technical documentation, and keep our HP wide-format printer running at full capacity. You'll work closely with engineering, fabrication, and operations, making you an essential contributor across the product lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design & print file production
  • Create original graphics or adapt customer-supplied artwork into production-ready files for wide-format printing.
  • Maintain revision control and accurate documentation throughout. Label design & content coordination
  • Gather content and create graphics for product labels, coordinating with engineering drawing requirements and preparing files for outside print vendors. Technical documentation
  • Author and update technical manuals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with current product specifications. Printer operations & maintenance
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our HP 2700W+ wide-format printer.
  • Full training is provided; mechanical curiosity matters more than prior experience here. Production collaboration & R&D support
  • Partner with production on the manufacturing of printed products; support R&D and contribute to continuous improvement in design, materials, and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven hands-on experience in a professional or production context. Eagerness to learn CAD tools
  • Willingness to develop skills in Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor. Precision & ownership
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving instincts, and comfort managing several projects at once. Cross-functional communication
  • Clear, direct communicator who collaborates well across design, engineering, and production.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and handle materials up to fifty pounds Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment Work environment & physical requirements
