We work with a wide range of clients and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, visually impactful products. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of the process from production to installation. Position Overview We are looking for a self-motivated, hands-on Production Assistant to support our team in both the shop and in the field. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a creative production environment. Job Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day production tasks including signs, banners, and vinyl graphics Weed, tape, and apply vinyl materials Support preparations and installations of signage and vehicle wraps Assist with on-site installs and occasional travel for deliveries/installations Operate and maintain production equipment (printers,plotters,laminators) Organize files and maintain proper digital work flow Track inventory and assist with material management Package and prepare completed jobs for delivery or pickup Maintain a clean and organized work space Qualifications Sign production experience strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Proficient with PC use and file organization Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required Willingness to learn and take initiative Self-starter with strong motivation and work ethic Familiarity with design & production software such as: Adobe Suite, FlexiSign, and Roland VersaWorks, preferred Basic knowledge of quickbooks and invoicing a plus How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction to .
