Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Qualifications/ Requirements:

IT background, Good customer service skills, Walking around multiple hospital buildings. Moving printers between locations in the same building. Delivering supplies around the building. 1-2 years of experience in printer support, technical support, or equipment servicing Basic knowledge of printer hardware, drivers, and network connectivity Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Driving may be required depending on site needs Job Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding printer and equipment support Coordinate Move/Add/Change (MAC) activities for devices across the site Perform break-fix support (majority of role), including troubleshooting and resolving printer issues Conduct basic equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and cleaning, including replacing consumables and operator-accessible parts Install and configure printer drivers, perform printer mapping, and support end-user connectivity Provide IP address support and assist with device network configuration; escalate complex network issues as needed Manage device setup and configuration, including scan-to-email/file, user access, and templates Support both onsite and remote device management, including Xerox device monitoring tools Handle service call logging and reporting using Xerox systems and applications Identify opportunities to promote Xerox office solutions and services.
