This is a hands-on role working directly on the production line handling plastic trays—counting, packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong potential for growth into a supervisory role based on performance and attendance. Key Responsibilities Remove plastic trays from the production line Accurately count, stack, and package trays into boxes Label boxes and prepare pallets for shipping or storage Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and production procedures Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Prior production/manufacturing experience is a plus Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance is critical Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols Physical Requirements Lift up to 25 lbs regularly Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Comp & Benefits $16/hour (Direct Hire) Benefits available after 60 days 401(k) eligibility after 90 days
