The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is vital in ensuring production efficiency, safety compliance, and quality standards are maintained across the prodcution floor. Duties 1. Production Execution Continuity a. Ensure production follows the approved schedule b. Coordinate daily task assignments as directed by management c. Monitor real-time production flow and identify bottlenecks or delays d. Escalate issues impacting production in a timely manner 2. Safety & Quality Reinforcement a. Ensure PPE Compliance and reinforce safe behaviors b. Address minor unsafe conditions and escalate serious safety concerns c. Ensure quality checks are completed and prevent defects from advancing 3. Communication & Coordination a. Provide structured end-of-shift report b. Report safety incidents or near misses and operational challenges c. Act as a communication bridge between employees and management 4. Floor Leadership a. Maintain a strong and visible presence on the production floor b. Support team engagement and adherence to standards 5. Additional Responsibilities a. Support receiving and shipping coordination activities b. Perform quality check on incoming/outgoing materials c. Ensure documentation accuracy and report discrepancies Skills Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory setting. Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments. Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards. Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and safety regulations is essential for success in this role.
Pay:
$19.10 - $22.50 per hour
