Role:
Join J A F Converters Inc as a Production Assistant in Copiague, NY, where you'll play a crucial role in our dynamic production team. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to our innovative projects while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and operation of production equipment. Support the production team in daily tasks and workflow management. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Help with inventory management and material organization. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods. Basic knowledge of production processes is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with measurements, (reading a ruler). Salary - based on experience.
