03 Months (Contract to Hire)
Shift:
(2nd Shift) 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM (M - F)
Pay Rate:
$21.00/hr on W2 (Without Benefits)
Job Summary:
Seeking motivated Production Associates for manufacturing operations in Coxsackie, NY. Employees will assist in mattress production by assembling components, operating machinery, sewing mattress tops, quilting materials, and supporting final assembly processes. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for direct hire after 3 months based on attendance, performance, and work quality. Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble mattress parts and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Operate production, assembly, and sewing machines safely and efficiently
  • Feed materials and components through machines during production processes
  • Perform quilting, sewing, and final mattress assembly duties
  • Attach mattress components during final assembly stages
  • Maintain production goals while ensuring quality standards are met
  • Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Sewing experience is a plus but not required
  • Entry-level candidates with strong work history and willingness to learn may be considered
  • Machine Operator candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of related experience
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong attendance and punctuality are essential
  • Ability to work 2nd shift hours consistently
  • Basic English communication skills required
Interview & Onboarding:
  • Onsite interviews and facility tours required
  • Interview times are typically scheduled at 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM
  • New hires generally begin on Mondays
  • Candidates must complete onboarding requirements before starting employment
Additional Information:
  • Additional pay may be offered based on skills and experience
  • 1st shift is not currently available
  • Opportunity for permanent hire after 3 months based on performance and attendance.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
