Position Summary The Production Associate assembles, processes, and tests mechanical and electronic components used in industrial measurement transducers and temperature sensors. This hands-on role requires precision, attention to detail, and teamwork in a regulated manufacturing environment. Ideal for entry-level candidates or career changers interested in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electronic components using soldering, crimping, welding, fastening, and bonding techniques Follow production work orders, drawings, and work instructions Manufacture and test temperature sensors using established procedures Operate production equipment, test benches, and measuring instruments Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety guidelines Support team collaboration and continuous improvement efforts Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills Ability to perform precision manual assembly Basic soldering or welding knowledge Ability to read simple technical drawings and instructions Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Reliable, on-time and team-oriented work ethic Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or sensor experience Experience using measuring or testing instruments Familiarity with quality-controlled environments Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Frequent small-part assembly and visual inspection Occasional lifting within standard production limits Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting with mechanical and electronic equipment Why Join JUMO?
