Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lab Office Administrator to join our team in Farmingdale, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently collecting, organizing, and reporting laboratory data while supporting daily administrative operations within our lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately collect information from data sheets and generate detailed reports from raw data (3-6 reports daily depending on workflow). Maintain, organize, and update report templates and records regularly. Collaborate with lab staff and other team members to achieve shared objectives. Triaging incoming samples and distributing them to appropriate departments. Monitor and update internal trackers, databases, and other administrative tools to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical, Biotechnology) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Strong organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, while maintaining flexibility to work independently as needed. Exceptional multitasking abilities, professionalism, and a demonstrated sense of responsibility.
