The Role:
Dairy & Food Production Associate As a Production Associate, you'll support the daily operations of our processing facility. You'll rotate across tasks including packaging, equipment operation, and sanitation. No two days look the same—but every day, your work will help make products people trust and enjoy. Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and operation of equipment (e.g., pouch fillers, bottling and jar lines). Package jars, bottles, or pouches on fast-paced production lines. Hand-pack products and assemble cartons. Operate machinery safely under supervision—no prior experience required; we'll train you. Clean and sanitize equipment following food safety protocols (training provided). Follow all safety standards and GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices). Check finished products for accuracy, appearance, and quality. Help with equipment troubleshooting and cleaning during product changeovers. What You Bring A mindset for cleanliness, food safety, and quality. Ability to do physically demanding work (lifting, standing, repetitive motion). Reliability and strong attendance. Willingness to learn and follow detailed verbal or written instructions. Team-first attitude and pride in a job well done. Working Environment Indoor production environment with protective gear (PPE provided). Hands-on, fast-moving, and collaborative workdays. Pay & Benefits Starting at $17-$20/hour , based on experience. Minimum 40 hours Weekly payroll. 7 am to 3.30 pm Monday-Friday schedule (weekends off). 3 weeks paid vacation Supportive, respectful workplace culture where your contribution matters.
