Description:

We are seeking a skilled, positive, trustworthy and motivated Production Team Member to join our team on a part time basis that could possibly lead to full time. As a Production Team Member you will be responsible for making Gelato and Sorbet.

Responsibilities:

• Making gelato, sorbet and gelato cakes
• Following established recipes
• Efficiently packaging the products
• Completing daily kitchen cleaning tasks including sanitizing Gelato batch freezer
• Must follow a set task list & work cleanly and efficiently, complying with food safety standards
• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time, perform repetitive manufacturing tasks.
• Supporting with other support tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• A willing and coachable individual that shows up to work on time!
• Knowledge of food handling
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Food preparation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Knowledge of making gelato and ice cream cakes.
