Job Summary:

Performs manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping tasks while following work instructions, schematics, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly, manufacturing, and basic testing per procedures Follow schematics, work instructions, and bills of materials Troubleshoot basic issues and maintain daily production output Participate in quality inspections and process improvement Train team members and support team activities Follow EHS and quality policies

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED 3+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and ability to follow instructions
