Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Assemble, package, and inspect products according to specifications Monitor production processes and report any issues or defects Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards Assist with loading/unloading materials and inventory handling Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Reliable attendance and punctuality
