Production Sanitation Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Sanitation Worker to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and machinery using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Follow strict sanitation protocols to meet food safety standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct heavy lifting tasks as needed to move supplies, equipment, or cleaning materials safely. Maintain cleanliness of warehouse spaces, storage areas, and custodial zones to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with the disassembly and reassembly of equipment for thorough cleaning. Document sanitation activities accurately and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Support the implementation of cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Use industrial cleaning tools such as pressure washers, scrubbers, and vacuums efficiently. Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime during cleaning procedures. Follow all safety guidelines related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred. Experience with industrial cleaning techniques and sanitation procedures essential. Background in food production or manufacturing industries advantageous. Familiarity with warehouse operations and heavy lifting tasks beneficial. Proven ability to perform commercial cleaning duties efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and consistency. Pay:
