Assembler / Production Worker

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery. Perform assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks as assigned. Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure all items meet production standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Adhere to company policies, including safety guidelines and attendance expectations. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors in a timely manner. Participate in ongoing training and skill development as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
