Position Overview As a Quality Control Associate , you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet quality standards at every stage of production. You will inspect materials and finished goods, identify issues, and partner with the production team to maintain consistency and excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect sewn products and identify quality issues or defects Review in-process production and verify work meets specifications Label and segregate non-conforming products Provide feedback to improve product quality and processes Support development and improvement of quality control procedures Ensure work orders are followed accurately Track QC and production data using system tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with minor repairs and precise sewing adjustments when needed
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
