• 7:30 AM Overtime opportunities available , including Saturdays and extended shifts as needed Position Summary We are looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team.

This role supports the production of custom molded rubber parts using compression, transfer, and injection molding processes. You will play a hands‑on role in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare molds and handle raw materials during production Inspect molded rubber parts and report quality concerns to the shift lead Monitor mold temperatures, press pressures, and production output Accurately track part counts, material usage, and production data Clean molds between production runs as required Identify and report equipment or process issues promptly Properly label and store finished products Maintain a clean, organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Required Qualifications Ability to use a calculator and accurately track production counts Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently Willingness to be cross‑trained and learn new skills Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Mechanical aptitude or prior machine operation experience Familiarity with injection molding, rubber, silicone, or plastic processes General labor or machine operator background Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.25
