Job Description

Overview:
Looking for an energetic person who enjoys manual labor and is willing to grow with the company. 1st Shift Powder Coater / Laborer Hours are: 1st shift 6:30am-3pm (Mon-Fri)
Essential Job Duties:
Laborer & Powder Coating (Wears a face respirator) Looking for an energetic, forward thinker & a hardworking individual: Willing to stand/sit for long periods of time Has great hand eye coordination Able to hear/see and understand verbal/written communication Ability to lift 50# Must have an excellent attention to detail and to able to follow directions exactly Must have reliable transportation & clean valid NYS driver's license High School Diploma or equivalent required 1 year Finishing / Manual Factory/Production experience Willing to learn & assist in ALL phases of the shop operation Racking and Un-racking of parts Packaging of parts for shipment Pre-treat wash booth (wears face shield / goggles / gloves) May use a variety of tools / equipment: Fork lift / Over-head Crane system Power drills / Sanders Hammers / Power wash equipment Uses safe working practices and reports hazardous conditions Performs other miscellaneous jobs as directed.
