All positions are paid, including this full-time support role. Responsibilities Support stylists Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring proper hygiene practices are followed. Assist with retail inventory management and perform retail math to optimize product placement and sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service Support store management with daily operations, including mentoring new team members and ensuring smooth workflow. Experience Prior experience in a salon environment Familiarity with hair styling techniques, including straight razor use and hair coloring concepts like color theory. Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to enhance client purchases. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Basic understanding of sanitation procedures specific to salons and barbering practices. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
