• Adecco is currently recruiting for Production Laborers on behalf of a valued manufacturing client in Medina, NY. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable employment in a fast-paced production environment. Successful candidates will play an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring customer orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Responsibilities
• + Load and unload materials and products from production equipment. + Operate manufacturing machinery or assist machine operators as needed. + Package finished products according to company specifications. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. + Follow quality, safety, and production standards. + Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Qualifications
• + High School Diploma or GED required. + Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred. + Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Physical Requirements
• + Regularly lift and move 35-50 pounds. + Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout an 8-hour shift. + Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
