Production Team Member

Dudley's Production Team Member Starting Wage:

$18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience) Join a Team That Keeps Production Moving Dudley's is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our plant operations team. At Dudley's, we process meat products, manufacture premium dog food, and manage packaging and shipping operations that help deliver quality products to customers across the region. What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll support multiple areas of plant operations, including food production, packaging, sanitation, and shipping.

Daily responsibilities may include:

Processing and packaging meat products according to company standards Assisting with dog food manufacturing and production operations Labeling, boxing, palletizing, and preparing orders for shipment Operating production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workspaces Following USDA, GMP, HACCP, and company food safety procedures Inspecting products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met Loading and unloading materials and finished goods Supporting inventory, production flow, and warehouse organization Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, shipping, or meat processing environments preferred Ability to work in refrigerated or freezer environments Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required Work Environment This role works in a production and warehouse setting that may include: Refrigerated and freezer environments Wet or fast-paced production areas Exposure to food manufacturing equipment and machinery Required use of PPE including gloves, aprons, hairnets, and safety gear Why Work at Dudley's?
