The company is looking to hire a Jewelry/Diamonds Production Associate. # Position Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our jewelry manufacturing team. This role involves working directly with jewelry and diamonds while ensuring quality craftsmanship in all stages of jewelry production. # Key Responsibilities Input and maintain accurate production data Track the movement of materials through various production stages using inventory management software Generate and process work orders for jewelry production Update and maintain digital records of diamond certificates and authentication documents Create and manage production schedules using scheduling software Document quality control results and maintain digital inspection records Process material requisitions and track usage in the system Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports Maintain digital archives of design specifications and production methods Update and manage customer order status in the system ## Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with inventory management software Strong data entry skills with high accuracy Ability to learn specialized jewelry tracking software Understanding of production workflow tracking Excellent organizational and documentation skills High school diploma required; associate degree preferred ## Benefits Monday through Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed Competitive salary based on experience Health and dental insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) Professional development opportunities
