Job Description

~16 Weeks Total

  • 13 weeks Production
  • 1 week Wrap We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Assistant to join a studio based production in Manhattan.
This role will function as a hybrid between a Set PA and Office PA, working closely with the Line Producer to help prep, execute, and wrap the production. Once shooting begins, the general schedule will be 2 studio shoot days per week (based on talent availability) and 3 prep days dedicated to getting ahead for upcoming shoots. This position will be working in close proximity to high-profile talent, so professionalism, discretion, and awareness are extremely important.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with stage build, rehearsals, and overall production prep
  • Maintain and reset studio spaces and set dressing
  • Stock, organize, and manage talent green rooms
  • Handle crafty and meals (ordering, setup, restocking, cleanup)
  • Keep all production areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Support on-set needs and runs for crew and production team
  • Assist with production paperwork and receipt reconciliations
  • Help order, track, and organize production supplies
  • Support travel coordination and logistics
  • Assist the Line Producer with general administrative tasks
  • Help prep materials and needs for upcoming shoot days
  • Be proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems quickly Previous PA experience is preferred (set, office, or both), and candidates should be comfortable using Google Drive and basic spreadsheets.
Must be local to the NYC area and have a clean drivers license.
