Job Description
Description We are looking for a Producer to support content and administrative operations for a Contract position based in New York, New York. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling both production-related tasks and day-to-day office support. The successful candidate will contribute to content execution, document handling, and general coordination while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production-related activities to help keep content projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward efficiently.
- Create, prepare, and manage content materials while supporting the delivery of production outputs.
- Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents to ensure records are accurate and easy to access.
- Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and general office coordination.
- Use computer applications, including Microsoft Word, to draft, edit, and format documents as needed.
- Support team operations by handling basic office tasks and assisting with day-to-day workflow needs.
- Travel reliably to assigned work locations or production-related destinations as required for the role. Requirements
- Must have dependable transportation to consistently report to work or travel for job-related needs.
- Experience with scanning and organizing documents in an office or production setting.
- Comfortable using computers for daily administrative and production support tasks.
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures and general clerical responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
- Ability to contribute to content production activities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
