Job Description We are looking for dedicated Production Associates responsible for performing a variety of tasks and processes to complete electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies. Tasks include soldering, cable assembly, machine operation, final assembly, PCB, machine crimping, and ribbon cable assembly. You will follow established methods and procedures to ensure tasks are completed as directed by manufacturing schedules with limited supervision. Responsibilities Hand solder wires to electrical connectors and PCBs. Assemble electromechanical assemblies from a set of written instructions. Operate production machinery and equipment Review and complete required production documentation. Comprehend written and verbal assignments. Preferred Skills Experience in production, general labor, or assembly. Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and procedures Knowledge of cleanroom and surface-mount technology. Additional Skills & Qualifications Soldering skills Using hand tools or working with small pieces Experience with SMT and electronic assembly Why Work Here?
