Retail (Backroom) Production Associate
  • New Olean Store Opening Soon! Join us as we prepare to open our brand-new Goodwill store in Olean ! This is your opportunity to be part of building a high-performing team from the ground up
  • where your work directly supports our mission and helps create opportunities in the community. Behind every great store is a strong production team. As a Retail Production Associate, you'll play a critical role in processing and preparing clothing donations for the sales floor
  • helping turn everyday items into valuable resources that fund our programs.
What You'll Do Sort clothing ('softlines') donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories following Goodwill standards Assess quality and identify items of value for pricing Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations Prepare donations for the sales floor Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and production areas Dispose of unsellable items using proper procedures (compactor/dumpster) Support donation door operations and assist with donation movement as needed Who You Are Detail-oriented and efficient, with a strong work ethic A team player who is ready to jump in and get the job done Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Lives our values: Own It
