Orientation is on the first shift 8:30 am-5:30 pm on the first Monday when someone starts. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive on routine, precision, and accountability , and who understand the importance of quality, documentation, and compliance . Key Responsibilities Operate and support production, assembly, or packaging lines during overnight operations Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Perform basic equipment inspections, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain continuous production Complete batch records, logs, and documentation accurately and in real time Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and production targets are met Identify and communicate process issues, deviations, or improvement opportunities Support routine maintenance of production and safety equipment as needed Follow all safety, quality, and SOP requirements at all times Key Skills That Set You Up for Success Experience working on production, assembly, or packaging lines Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and controlled manufacturing environments High attention to detail-comfortable working with documentation and batch records Ability to spot defects, inconsistencies, or abnormalities quickly Basic mechanical or equipment troubleshooting skills Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Highly transferable skills from medical device, pharma, biotech, cosmetics, or food manufacturing are strongly valued Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of manufacturing experience (production, assembly, or packaging) Experience working in a GMP or regulated environment Ability to accurately complete logs, reports, and records Willingness and reliability to work third shift (overnights) Commitment to safety, quality, and process compliance Ideal Backgrounds This role is an excellent fit if you have experience as a: Medical Device Operator / Assembler Packaging Operator (regulated environment) Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician Production Operator in GMP facilities Line Operator or Machine Operator (regulated manufacturing) Bottom Line If you're an experienced operator who prefers overnight work , values routine and precision , and wants to work in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment , this role offers a steady schedule, competitive pay, and minimal shift disruption .
