This is a part-time position (approximately 20+ hours per week) with a mix of hands-on and administrative work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sign production and assembly
• Apply and install vinyl graphics (some outdoor work required)
• Support basic sign installations as needed
• Operate heat press to apply graphics to apparel (DTF transfers)
• Prepare and organize garments for production
• Order entry and job processing
• Answer phones and assist customers
• Receive and organize incoming shipments
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW preferred
• Experience with heat press or apparel decoration is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with hands-on work and occasional outdoor tasks

Schedule:
