Production Associate

Staffing Network is seeking construction production laborers to perform concrete work necessary to assist with the daily storing, loading, shipping, and patching of high-quality precast concrete products. The site is located in Selkirk, NY! Shifts/Hours for

Construction Production Laborers:

7:00AM to finish (Flexible schedule preferred, will work until work is complete!) Monday- Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed!

Pay rate:

$24-$31.50 depending on experience Essentials Duties and Responsibilities Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment daily. Perform daily bed layout and setup of reveals and steel plates utilizing drawings. Read drawings to cut and install wood block outs during layout and setup. Read concrete mix designs. Monitor concrete in casting machine and aggregate levels in bins. Assist with setting up equipment for casting bands and finishes. Assure proper placement of concrete on the bed to match drawings. Operate jackhammers, forklifts, and skid steer loaders. Wash products with exposed aggregate finish. Perform duties such as grinding, scraping, and cleaning of concrete products. Accurately hook, unhook, or set clamps on products. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Other duties as assigned. Other Required Qualifications Ability to carry out complex verbal instructions. Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct. Ability to work overtime when required. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of concrete mixes. Ability to read tape measure and blueprints. Ability to operate yard equipment safely. Trouble shooting skills. Basic mathematical aptitude. High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements Plant/Yard:

Move up to 50lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, walk, climb, bend at the waist, reach, forceful use of hand tools, vocal projection.

Work Environment Plant/Yard:
