Job Description

Nesco Resource is seeking a Punch Press Operator to join a manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. This role is responsible for producing high-quality parts on punch press equipment while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior punch press experience and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate punch press equipment to produce quality parts Ensure parts meet company quality standards and customer specifications Monitor production output against work order goals and timelines Complete required inspections and production paperwork Communicate equipment, safety, or workflow concerns to management Notify management of maintenance or repair needs Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all QMS and safety procedures Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous punch press experience required Ability to work effectively in a team environment Safety-conscious mindset Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and organizational skills
Pay Rate:
$23.00•$30.00/Hour (Based On Exp.)
