Full Job Description Benefits:
401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Free uniforms Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance This is a hands-on position working with mechanical components, industrial equipment and shop tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. While this is an entry-level opportunity for career growth, candidates should already have basic experience working with tools in a shop, manufacturing, construction, automotive, farm or similar hands-on environment. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement as your skills develop.
Responsibilities:
Assist with assembly of large industrial equipment and components Use hand and power tools including drills, grinders and other shop equipment Prepare parts for assembly through cleaning, deburring and basic surface preparation Support general shop organization and cleanliness Work safely around industrial equipment including cranes and tow motors Follow company safety procedures and productions standards
Qualifications:
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Previous experience in manufacturing, metal shop, construction, automotive, mechanical or industrial environments preferred Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Reliable, dependable and willing to learn Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
