FASTSIGNS
is looking for a reliable, hardworking person who wants to learn a hands-on trade and take pride in seeing finished work out in the real world. No sign experience required — we will train you on everything technical. What we can't teach is showing up on time, working hard, and being willing to do whatever the job calls for that day. This role splits your time between our production facility and the field. Parts of your weeks are spent inside our shop building and finishing sign products. The rest is as a part of our installation team installing the signs we make. Both parts of the role will help you develop a variety of skills including use of power tools and operating aerial lifts. If you're someone who learns by doing, takes satisfaction in creating a work product, and wants to develop skills that are genuinely useful, we'd like to talk to you. The Work Inside the shop you'll be applying vinyl and printed graphics, preparing and finishing materials, running production equipment, and making sure every product that leaves meets our quality standards. In the field you'll be mounting, positioning, and installing signage at commercial locations — with tools in your hand and occasionally a customer nearby. Full Responsibilities Apply computer-cut vinyl and full-color graphics per work orders and layouts Prepare substrates through cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning Weed vinyl images of varying complexity Perform finishing operations: laminating, encapsulating, mounting Proof work orders; conduct pre- and post-production quality checks Perform routine machine maintenance and light repairs Complete installations at customer and job sites using appropriate tools Operate aerial lifts and work at heights as required (training provided) Interact with customers professionally during on-site work Maintain a clean, organized production area Assist at the front counter or with phones as needed Physical Requirements Sustained standing, regular lifting of 50+ lbs, repetitive motion at a work table, outdoor work in variable weather, and comfort working at heights from lifts and ladders. What We're Looking For Reliability and a strong work ethic — this matters most Willingness to learn and take direction Comfortable with basic hand and power tools (or eager to get there) Calm and professional when working around customers Any background in production, construction, trades, or hands-on work is a plus — but not required This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to
