Manufacturing Associate (1st Shift) ($20/hr.) Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associates to join our team. The role involves manual sorting, heavy lifting, operating forklifts, and other essential tasks related to brick manufacturing. We are looking for an individual to start as soon as possible after interviewing. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today! Responsibilities Manually sort bricks and engage in heavy lifting. Spend one hour sorting bricks at the table. Operate forklifts for one hour. Palletize and unwrap pallets. Perform clean-up duties to maintain a tidy work environment. Essential Skills 1+ years of manufacturing experience. Experience in machine operation. Ability to perform heavy lifting of 50+ lbs. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working outdoors at times. General labor experience in a production setting. Why Work Here? Work Environment Join a bustling production environment at a facility that manufactures bricks and pave stones. The facility is not temperature-controlled and can be dusty. You'll be part of a team of approximately 50 people across four shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Avon Lake, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
