Inspection Operator Level 1 job functionsTrainer / Inspection Operator Level 2 job functionsLabor allocationShift MeetingsPoint of Contact for Inspection Operators Level 1-2 as neededEORCount processes, investigations, & remediesFinal InspectionContainment processesDecision DocumentationTwice a shift shift reviews/inspectionEvaluate, update, and share accuracy of OWIs and SOPsAssist with update of job board layoutInvestigate and remedy inventory issues & discrepanciesAssess IQMS schedule, assign priorities, manipulate downtimes & data accordinglyFunctional understanding of Supervisor roles and responsibilities in order to act as a backup to Supervisor when needed.
