RESPONSIBILITIESAssemble the entire product or component as part of a teamLearn all tasks and stations of the assembly processRotate stations rather than being permanently assigned to a specific taskRegularly use tools or machineryRead and understand assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematicsConduct quality checks and ensure conformance to specificationsKeep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance or requesting repairsResolve basic assembly and production issues or report to the managerTroubleshoot malfunctionsMaintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment Complete inventory checks to ensure the supply area is stockedWork with the team to meet daily goals, quotas, and deadlinesComply with company safety guidelines and always wear protective gear

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
