Full-Time We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing team in Bellefontaine, Ohio. In this role, you will work in a team environment producing quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations while supporting safe, efficient, and continuous production operations. Job Summary This position functions in a team environment where collaboration, quality, and efficiency are key. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring all products meet required quality standards and production goals. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment while ensuring optimal performance and efficiency Monitor product quality and ensure output meets or exceeds customer expectations Complete daily production records accurately for assigned work areas and operations Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Total Quality Management (TQM) policies Comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and facility standards Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas (housekeeping standards) Participate in required training and skill development programs Adhere to company quality systems, including TS 16949 and
ISO 14001
standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction efforts Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality standards Qualifications 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement activities
