This position supports production operations through product assembly, paint line assistance, quality inspection, and general manufacturing duties. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. No prior experience is required — training is provided. Your Ticket In Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and within a team environment Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and movement throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and production equipment Your Role on the Line Assemble products and components according to production instructions Assist with paint line operations, including hanging, masking, inspecting, and packaging parts Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Use basic hand and power tools as needed Maintain production pace and follow daily production schedules Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Stacking the Good Stuff Weekly Pay that Never Misses
