Exciting things you get to do: Estimate time and media requirements; inform the production manager and/or client of any requests that can't be met and give recommendations to fulfill client needs. Operate and maintain printers, scanners, and/or finishing equipment. Maintain media, substrate, ink, toner, bindery, and finishing inventory. QC printed and finished materials based on our high-quality standard. Package completed projects for Will-Call, Delivery, or Shipping. Organize work area to enhance productivity. Work overtime when necessary to meet client expectations. Assist with other tasks as needed. Skills that you bring to the job: The ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Tech savvy - able to navigate new (and old) software with limited training. Basic math and measurement skills (metric and standard units) Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in digital color printing. The ability to lift up to 50lbs, maneuver prints, media, and substrates carefully ensuring no damage occurs when transferring between machines and/or during packaging. Attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality, accuracy & scale. A can-do attitude with a continuing need to self-improve by new skills and equipment.

Required Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Associates of Arts Degree focusing on Graphic/Production Design and/or 2+ years' equivalent experience in the color reprographics field using design and file/print editing software.
